Description

Pre-War Guitars Co. – OM Mahogany, is a very unique build handcrafted in North Carolina and inspired by the great mahogany OMs of the pre-war era. Built with a torrefied Adirondack spruce top, Honduran mahogany back and sides, hand-carved torrefied bracing, hot hide glue construction, and a traditional dovetail neck joint, this guitar delivers the dry, open, woody tone, clarity, and responsiveness that have made Pre-War Guitars so highly regarded. This example features a Level 1 distressed nitrocellulose lacquer finish and a full 1 3/4” nut width neck profile that is slightly thinner through the second position, making it ideal for a player looking for a less chunky feel while retaining the character of a traditional full neck profile. Features a Brazilian rosewood peghead overlay, ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, 25.4” scale length, 1 3/4” nut width, and 2 5/16” bridge spacing. Includes hard shell case.
